Ingredients:
1 x Black Rock Crafted BIB IPA Kit
11.5g W34/70 Fermentis Yeast
80g Citra
58g Simcoe
58g Amarillo
Recipe:
1/ Clean & Sanitise fermenter and associated equipment for brewing.
2/ Dissolve bag of wort concentrate into 2 Litres of cold water in your fermenter.
3/ Fill with cold/hot quality brewing water to 21litres achieving a starting wort temperature of 15 +/- 1 °C.
4/ Pitch yeast and maintain temperature around 15°C.
5/ Dry hop at day 6.
6/ Allow FG to be stable for 2 days then crash cool fermenter to 1-3 °C for 2-3 days then keg or bottle using standard practices.
