Ingredients:
1 x Black Rock Crafted BIB IPA Kit
11.5g Fermentis Yeast: SafLager™ W-34/70 yeast
70g Citra Hops
36g Simcoe Hops
3g Mangrove Jack’s Dry Enzyme
Recipe:
1/ Clean & Sanitise fermenter and associated equipment for brewing.
2/ Dissolve bag of wort concentrate into 2 Litres of cold water in your fermenter .
3/ Fill with cold/hot quality brewing water to 23litres achieving a starting wort temperature of 17 +/- 2 °C.
4/ Pitch yeast and maintain temperature around 17°C
5/ Dry hop at day 3 and day 7 with 35g Citra, 18g Simcoe.
6/ Allow FG to be stable for 3 days then crash cool fermenter to 1-3 °C for 2-3 days then keg or bottle using standard practices.
