We highly recommend using dry hopping practices during fermentation on these kits to get real crafty hop aroma and flavour. Dry hopping is adding fresh palleted hops* into your fermenter during active fermentation (approximately after 2 days).
*Always use fresh, nitrogen flushed, refrigerated hops available from your local home brew retailer to prevent oxidation and staling of your finished beer.
